   2. This Offer is only available to residents in the following countries, Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland who are 18 years of age or over at the time of the Offer. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, resellers of Norton products and services including retail staff, agencies or anyone connected with the administration of the promotion are not eligible to take part.
2. Offer – Free Norton 360 Deluxe 3 Device 6 Month Product.
   1. Under this promotion, each Elkjop customer is entitled to claim 1 Norton 360 Deluxe 3 Device 6 Month Product.
   2. Payment method required for 6 month pre-paid subscription which will automatically renew each year after the first six months. The cost for renewal after the first 6 months is 94.99 EUR/year (12 months). To activate it, you must enroll online and provide your billing information. You can cancel automatic renewal any time at my.norton.com or by contacting us.
3. General
   1. This Offer shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship established hereunder shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the law of the United Kingdom.
   2. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the participant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
   3. The Norton Global Privacy Statement describes how we collect, use and process the data from you when you are using or accessing our services or websites.
   4. If this promotion is interfered with in any way in breach of these Terms and Conditions or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by law to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
   5. The Promoter will compensate you for any loss or damage you may suffer if the Promoter fails to carry out its obligations under this promotion to a reasonable standard or breaches any duties imposed on it by law (including gross negligence or if the Promoter causes death or personal injury by its negligence) unless that failure is attributed to, or arises out of:
      • (i) your own fault;
      • (ii) a third party unconnected with the Promoter's performance of this promotion; or
      • (iii) any other events which neither the Promoter nor its suppliers could have foreseen or forestalled even if the Promoter or they had taken reasonable care (for example technical difficulties, equipment malfunction, theft or unauthorised access, or any variation in the Offer). The Promoter is not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by the claimant and the Promoter (such as loss of profits or loss of opportunity) and the Promoter shall in no event be liable for losses related to any business of the claimant such as lost data, lost profits or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes Promoter's legal liability towards consumers for death, corporal damage, fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any other matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to limit or exclude our liability.
   6. The Promoter reserves the right to vary any element of the Offer due to reasons beyond Promoter's control, including but not limited to, the unavailability of this website for one or more working days before the Offer closing date, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood and/or storm, compliance with a law or governmental order, rule, regulations or direction, breakdown of plant, machinery of transportation. Promoter will not be liable in the event that all or any part of the service relating to this promotion is discontinued, modified or changed in any way.
